Job Description :
• Entry-level development, engineering and/or advanced technical knowledge and skill at the Degree level within specified area of professional specialty, under supervision of more senior team member as appropriate to the day-to-day operating objectives of the IBU/Function.
• Undertake and/or participate in development, engineering or advanced technical design projects and programs designed to develop professional skills and expertise that will support the units design and engineering and/or advanced technical needs.
• Participate in the design, planning and implementation of development projects and initiatives within programming, design, analysis or advanced technical areas of expertise.
• Interact directly with colleagues, clientele, and/or other internal or external constituencies in the planning of assignments and the resolution of day-to-day operational problems.
• Receive guidance, training, and mentoring from more senior professional personnel in designing, planning and carrying out activities and assignments.
• As appropriate to the position, and as specified by mentor, conducts original design and/or research and prepares reports based on findings, to included recommendations or alternative proposals for action.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to employees and/or interns within area of specialty.
• Undertake related studies or enrichment programs as appropriate to the specific objectives of the operating unit.
• Utilization of knowledge and skills developed during completion of a specified undergraduate degree program in the design, planning, development, and execution of assigned projects and task elements.
• Intern under the mentorship of senior professional faculty and/or staff to develop experiential skills in an area of professional specialty.
• Execution of integrated research, development of reports, and preparation of recommendations or alternative proposals for action.
• Work as an active participant in the planning and implementation of unit projects and initiatives.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Maintain quality records and generating reports for senior levels
• Initiate process improvement and ensuring compliance to quality standards
• Ensure regular self up gradation

• Excellent communication and technical skills
