• 3-7 years extensive experience as a Java/J2EE developer with at least 18 month of recent hands-on active Java/J2EE development.
• Strong system & application design capabilities.
• Strong in performance tuning & J2EE best practices.
• Good Database & PL/SQL experience
• Hands-on using design tools (J2EE module design, database design)
• Should have worked on Eclipse IDE (or equivalent Tool), Working knowledge of XML, Concepts of ant, maven, UNIX, Web logic application server and SVN JMS, Web services, SOA (Desirable).
• Should be able to work with minimal supervision, collaborate with geographically dispersed teams (located in Europe and Asia) and should have proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
